Here are a few of the projects I’ve worked on that include digital storytelling and visual design developed throughout my graduate coursework.
As a Teaching Assistant for Introduction to Human Sexuality at Georgia State University, I developed a complete 20-minute learning module on pregnancy and childbirth, translating required textbook material into an engaging recorded presentation paired with a 10-question quiz to test key concepts.
This presentation introduced solutions journalism, moving beyond problem identification to analyze evidence-based responses. Missed Period Pills: a solution to treating missed periods, not pregnancy.
Grounded in the core tenets of solutions journalism—which treats responses to systemic issues as equally newsworthy as the problems themselves—this original reporting project moves beyond highlighting the crisis of hunger and food waste to investigate local, evidence-based change.
When traditional public health communication falls flat, how do digital creators step in to fill the sex education gap?
For this project, I broke down synthetic sales data from top condom brands to show why Manforce, the biggest seller in the U.S., needs to do more than just sell boxes.
This fast-paced, satirical PSA shines a light on an overlooked cause of recurrent UTIs: failing to wash hands before intimacy.
This high-impact infographic translates complex health data into a clear, engaging visual narrative, showcasing my ability to research critical topics and communicate technical information accessibly.
